For nearly 30 years, Jenny has worked exclusively as a personal injury lawyer, helping individuals and families whose lives have been harmed by the negligence of others.

Jenny started her legal career as a receptionist at a firm focused on personal injury law. As her interest in and knowledge of the practice grew, she was entrusted with more learning opportunities, and she soon transitioned into the role of legal assistant. Jenny was eventually hired as a paralegal at a firm specializing in medical malpractice law, and her love of litigation was born.

As Jenny’s experience assisting with strategic client advocacy continued, she began to develop a sense of obligation to use her knowledge and skills to benefit those struggling through our complex legal system. Helping clients obtain the best outcomes in personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and sexual assault claims became Jenny’s passion, and eventually grew into the goal of attending law school.

Jenny enrolled in college in 2014 as a very non-traditional student: she was a married mom, working full time, with 4 teenagers, 2 dogs, and only one semester of prior college attendance. Through hard work and the support of her family, Jenny graduated from Utah Valley University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. She started law school the following year (doing much of her legal education remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic) and graduated from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University in August 2022, eight months after Jenny’s husband unexpectedly passed away during her final year of law school.

Persistently fighting through difficulty is something with which Jenny is very familiar, and she is dedicated to putting that fighting spirit to use for her clients.

Jenny’s expertise is in auto accident and medical malpractice litigation, sexual assault cases, product liability injuries, and catastrophic injury claims.

Outside of work, Jenny loves to travel, babysit grand-nieces and nephews, read thrillers, and spend as much time in a hammock as she can during warm weather.
