Her journey with Kramer Injury Law began six years ago when she joined the team as a front desk receptionist. A few months later, she transitioned into the role of Records Request Specialist, where she honed her organizational and communication skills. With a growing understanding of the personal injury process and a strong desire to take on new challenges, Sarai eventually stepped into the role of Case Manager, a position she has held for the past two years.
With over six years of customer service experience, Sarai is passionate about guiding clients through every step of their injury claim. She values the opportunity to build genuine connections with the people she helps and takes pride in offering both support and clarity during what can be a stressful time. For Sarai, the most rewarding part of her job is reaching the settlement phase—when she can share in the client’s relief and celebrate a successful resolution.
