Giselle Ontiveros

Giselle was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is a proud high school graduate. From an early age, she has been known for her strong work ethic, drive, and positive attitude. Fully bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish, Giselle brings valuable communication skills to every aspect of her work.

She began her journey with Kramer Injury Law five years ago as a front desk receptionist. Her warm personality, exceptional people skills, and dedication to client service quickly made her a vital part of the team. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure every client who walked through the door felt welcomed, heard, and supported.

Recognizing her potential and commitment, Giselle was promoted to the role of Records Retrieval Specialist a few years later. While her current position involves less face-to-face client interaction, she continues to apply her excellent customer service skills when coordinating with medical providers to efficiently obtain medical records and billing statements. She plays a key role in supporting the firm’s case managers and takes pride in contributing to the success of each case behind the scenes.

In addition to her career achievements, Giselle is also a graduate of esthetician school and has a passion for skincare and wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Looking ahead, Giselle is eager to continue growing within Kramer Injury Law and expanding her knowledge and skills in the legal field.
