Benjamin McArthur, 62, of Spring, Texas, was involved in a fatal rollover accident in Tooele, Utah, on Saturday, March 10, 2012. According to the Salt Lake Tribune, the fatal accident happened when the man apparently fell asleep and then as his vehicle drifted off the east side of the road, he awoke and over-corrected, which sent his car into a sideways spin. The car then rolled and came to a rest on the passenger side of the car. The man, who was not wearing a seatbelt, fell to the passenger side of his car. Investigators saw that drugs and alcohol were not factors in the accident, but that he may have fallen asleep at the wheel. Drugs and alcohol are not said to be factors in this car accident.
I offer my sincere condolences to the family of this man.
