Alyssa Wood is a Lawyer and Court Certified Mediator whose work ethic, compassion, and integrity have earned her the reputation as a trusted legal professional across Salt Lake City. Graduating from University of Utah’s Law School in 2017, she is now in her second year of practice, proudly representing individuals injured by medical negligence, car accidents, and various other incidents. While attending law school, she competed on the S.J. Quinney Trial Advocacy Team and participated in Moot Court, where she was recognized for her public speaking and brief writing skills. In University, Alyssa studied abroad in Israel as part of a Peace and Conflict Studied program. She also competed heavily in intercollegiate Speech and Debate, placing in the top three at both national and international Speech and Debate competitions.
As a dedicated advocate, Alyssa strives to build loyal relationships with her clients , keep them well-informed about their case every step of the way, and ensure that the client feels comfortable and confident with her representation.
When she isn’t providing quality representation to her valued clients, you can find Alyssa Wood dabbling in automobile restoration with her father who’s a mechanic, baking patisserie (French pastries and cakes), or traveling around the world. She is happily married to her husband Tanner who’s currently pursuing his Nurse Anesthesiology degree
